ASL Real Time Translation

We've developed an AI-based engine capable of interpreting sign language in real-time. Currently, it recognizes approximately 500 of the most common words, and we are collaborating with the Google TensorFlow team to train it to recognize up to 3,000 words (ETA Fall 2024). Our plugin supports Youtube, NetFlix, DisneyPlus, and most Airline entertainment systems. Using digital avatar and our proprietary AI text to ASL model, we enable ASL captioning in real-time using picture-in-picture technology.

When the QR code on the printed materials (magazine, brochure, newspaper, etc…) is read by the phone, the texts on the printed material are translated into sign language or spoken with the support of artificial intelligence

Do hearing impaired people not understand what they read?

Of course they can! However, hearing impaired individuals have difficulty in understanding what they read because their first language acquisition is Sign Language.

We are a group of software engineers and product managers with a shared passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact. Our journey began with a simple observation: the communication barriers for deaf and hearing impaired individuals. Motivated by the desire to bridge the divide, we founded ASLMagic!
